For our Members: Come network and start your Christmas shopping for friends and family (maybe even youJ) and share in the spirit of the season as each Vendor will have a special tip, recipe or decorating idea for you to take away with you!!
Vendors: Book your table today with Wanda. Vendors will still provide the usual table draw gift. Invitation for all table vendors to share your favorite recipe, holiday event, holiday tips or decorating idea. Create a lovely handout for each visitor to your display table.
Location: Compass Point Inn located at: 9850 King George Hwy., Surrey.
Time:
Tables - Set up between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m.
Registration and networking starts at 11:15 a.m.
Program and Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Cost:
$20 - members who reserve by 1 week prior
$23 - guests who reserve by 1 week prior
$25 - drop in - members and guests
Reservation Deadline: Tuesday, November 17th, 2009 @ midnight. Cancellations are accepted up to November 17th, 2009 @ midnight.
Members who do not cancel by the deadline posted will be charged for the lunch.

Our Last Event Before Christmas
Join us for a delicious Mistletoe Buffet and entertainment from Good Riddance.
We are collecting donations for The Tri-City Women’s Transition House.
Please bring unwrapped gift for a woman (some ideas - scarf, gloves, bath goodies, or
other small gift).
We will also be presenting a cheque to
the Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Tri-City Women’s Transition House and
Crossroads Hospice.

When: Third Friday of the month, September through to June
Sign In Time: 11:15 to 11:45
Networking & Lunch Time: 11:45 to 1:30
Dress Code: No Denim, No Cell phones
Cost: $23.00 members, $28.00 non-members, who may attend two luncheons before being asked to become a member
Reservation Deadline: 5:00 PM Tuesday prior to Friday luncheon. Contact Joan 604-216-7076 or via email.
No Shows: The Chapter must pay for any reserved meals, therefore, all no shows are invoiced for missed lunches.
We are required to tell the Golf Club the number of lunches to prepare; so we ask you to make your lunch reservation by 5:00 pm on Tuesday before the meeting.

This year, as last year we will be making up hampers for a few families from Robertson School. We have made a connection with the school and the hampers that we donated last year have made a very large impact on the people who received them.

Be sure to book your holiday trade table, free of charge to members, at the time of registration. Also include any special dietary requests. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Cost
This holiday party is even lower cost than previous years. All the fun and food will still be at our regular meeting price of $35 for members and $38 for our guests. This includes an entrée, dessert, punch, coffee/tea, complimentary parking in the hotel parking garage (off Comox Street only), taxes and gratuities. Please note that the final date to cancel without being invoiced is Friday December 11th at noon.
November Meeting Review
In our November meeting, what great information we gained from Mhairi Petrovic as she shared the ‘Top 10 No-No’s in Social Networking’. Lots of shopping time, asking each other for the things we need to make our business go further and tasty Butter Chicken made for a great evening. Thanks to those who came and participated!We look forward to seeing you this month.
