    Where:

    Eaglequest Golf @ Coyote Creek
    7778 – 152nd Street, Surrey, BC

    Time:

    • Table Set Up ~ 10:45 am to 11:15 am
    • Registration  ~ 11:15 am to 11:30 am
    • Networking   ~ 11:30 am to 12:00 pm
    • Lunch & Program ~ 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm     

    Cost:
    $23 - members who reserve by 1 week prior
    $26 - guests who reserve by 1 week prior
    $30 - at the door


    Reservation Deadline:
    Thursday, One week prior at midnight. Cancellations are accepted up to this time.  Members who do not cancel by the deadline posted will be charged for the lunch. We ask that anyone booking a Vendor Table honor their commitment - 'No-Shows' will be charged.

    **In either way you register, make sure you receive a personal note from Mavis our Reservation Coordinator to confirm your reservation! This is very important to note. Thank you.

     Members: Please specify if table is requested.   
    *Please Note: Once you have registered via on-line system or email you will receive a confirmation email back within 48 hours. Make sure that this confirmation comes back to you in 48 hours, otherwise your reservation did not go through and all non-confirmed reservations are subject to ‘Drop In’ rate of $30.00.    

    Networking Opportunities:
    Networking exercises, testimonials, spotlights, and display tables provide excellent networking opportunities. Advertise in our monthly newsletter at very reasonable rates.
