Luncheons:
Where: Vancouver Golf Club, 771 Austin Avenue, Coquitlam
When: Third Friday of the month, September through to June (some exceptions do apply so check listing)
Sign In Time: 11:15 to 11:45
Networking & Lunch Time: 11:45 to 1:30
Dress Code: No Denim, No Cell phones
Cost: $25.00 members, $30.00 non-members, who may attend two luncheons before being asked to become a member (Includes HST)
Reservation Deadline: 5:00 PM Tuesday prior to Friday luncheon. Register online or contact Joan 604-216-7076 or via email.
No Shows: The Chapter must pay for any reserved meals, therefore, all no shows are invoiced for missed lunches.
We are required to tell the Golf Club the number of lunches to prepare; so we ask you to make your lunch reservation by 5:00 pm on Tuesday before the meeting.

Networking Opportunities: Networking exercises, Testimonials, Spotlights, and Display Tables are some of the networking opportunities provided at our meetings. As a member, you are also provided advertising opportunities at very reasonable rates. One of the most valuable benefits of membership is building strong alliances and friendships with other business women. As Darcy Rezac states in Work the Pond, "One networking event does not a networker make". Be sure to attend all our meetings!
Testimonials: Practice positive networking by letting our members know you received great value or service from a member of our group. Applaud a job well done!
Spotlights (Members Only): This gives you up to (no more than) 3 minutes to highlight your company or organization at a luncheon. The cost is a $10.00 door prize (Gift certificates cannot require a purchase for redemption) To reserve your spotlight, contact Linda Davey via email.
Networking Tables (Members Only):
Showcase your goods & services. This is your opportunity to show our members what you have to offer! Set up time begins at 11:00. Your table will be up for the duration of the meeting. The cost is a $10.00 door prize (Gift certificates cannot require a purchase for redemption.) To reserve your table contact Linda Davey via email.

Annual Membership: $35.00
Name Tag: $10.00
Directory advertising: half page - $50.00
Newsletter advertising:
Full page - $20.00
Half page - $10.00
Quarter page- $5.00
Business card - $2.50
Inserts - $20.00 for a single side and $40.00 for a double sided insert
